Anzac Day Biscuits

Yummy Anzac Day Biscuits This year in New Zealand Anzac Day is going to be quite different. With still being at Level 4 Covid-19 lockdown, for the first time since 1915 when the first Anzac commemoration took place, New Zealand is not able to hold its traditional service to remember Anzac Soldiers who have died in battle for our countries.  Our family will still be getting up early though to take part in the "Lets not forget" dawn service taking place at the end of our driveway.
